In the beginning, there was nothing but The First Cosmos. A single universe whose own loneliness was strong enough to break it apart and scatter its pieces across the plane of reality. This created the first multiverse. Through eons, there have been reiterations of the multiverses.

Destruction and renewal.

With each, a new cosmos was formed. The infinity stones are remnants of the First Cosmos and hold immense power. Enough to destroy humanity, destroy realities, and even destroy time. But they also hold the power to create.

They've fallen into the wrong hands countless times.

Have they once more?



Something or someone has caused the space-time continuum to break. The unexpected break has created a massive multi-versal shockwave that has managed to echo through time, space, and reality.

As this chaos begins to fully unwind, tears in reality are being created because of it. People across the multiverse are being transported from their home universes to Earth 616.

The 7th Cosmos.

Not only are realities affected, but time is too. This means people are being pulled from different timelines and different years.

No one knows what has caused this. No one knows how to proceed. All there's left is to adapt and survive.



Marvel Odyssey is a 21+ Discord RP taking place in the Marvel 616 universe. The game incorporates Marvel 616 characters and Marvel characters from alternate universes (the MCU/XMCU) being dropped in the 616 universe, against their will, and for unknown reasons.

The Marvel characters have been picked up from different points in their history and dropped into mordern day New York, which they are clueless about. It is up to you how your characters will handle this new environment; will they attempt to go back to their time, or will they strive to protect the world, while making a place for themselves?

This is a sandbox Marvel game that welcomes Avengers, X-men, villains, and more! Just submit an example of your writing and what character, their point in history (Earth 616 or film) that you are taking them from and you will be welcomed into the game.

Avengers: MCU game looking for a Steve

PREMISE
2 Year Anniversary, active since Jan 2018! After Doctor Strange used the Eye of Agamotto to save Earth from being overrun by the Dark Dimension, everything seemed normal again. But the warnings against manipulating time are now coming back to haunt him. No one realized that his actions created a new parallel counterpart in the Multiverse, not until dimensional rifts caused heroes with memories of the prime universe to inexplicably arrive in New York City. Those that died are now coming back to life. Threats from the past take form again. The bill comes due. Always. And the lives of Earth's mightiest heroes are getting a lot more complicated.

Most Wanted: Steve, Clint, Vision, Scott, Gamora, Nebula, Rocket.

AVENGERS is a strictly MCU fandom game based in New York City that will explore the entire MCU universe. Future movies & TV series will be relevant. First time RPers welcome. Journal Codes available. 18+ only, Rated M for Mature.

I would love some characters over at [personal profile] duplicitymods for some of mine.

For Ness (and Wade), we'd love... well, really anyone from the Deadpool movies: Cable, Domino, Russell, Weasel, etc. etc. We'll be all over your posts:D A more in-depth request is here. Ness is taken post-DP2. Wade from pre-DP (he's all prettified).

For Rogue (xmcu), I'd love really anyone from the original trilogy movies. Most of all, I'd love to ship the shippiest ship with a Pyro or Wolverine. But I also love friendship/enemy/frienemy lines and would love to see Bobby, Kitty, Jubes, Magneto, the Professor, Mystique, Colossus, Beast, Angel... any of them. A more in-depth request is here. Rogue is going to be taken just prior to when DoFP starts.

TL;DR
Hello, I’m Doe, 20, and looking for Marvel roleplays. I write for Loki and I’m looking to write with pretty much any other character in the Marvel universe, but especially Tony, Steve, Thor, or Jane. I write posts 600-2000 words and am looking for someone who can match that, but I’m very patient when it comes to waiting for posts. About Me
I'm Doe, 20, they/them pronouns, and I live for Marvel roleplays. I live in GMT, but I'm open to writing with anyone, anywhere. I've been roleplaying for something like seven or eight years now, and I've been writing for the Marvel verse for five. I have some comic knowledge, but I mainly roleplay within the MCU. I tend to write between 600 to 2000 words per post, depending on the pace of the roleplay and my partner's preferences. The length of the post generally dictates how quickly I can reply.

I am extremely ditch-friendly and I don’t at all mind waiting for posts, even for months. I’m very patient and I understand that life comes first and that roleplaying is, for most, meant to be a fun pastime. This being said, if you do feel your muse running out, please let me know and we can tweak the plot, start from scratch, or stop writing altogether.

I am living with several mental illnesses and currently a very stressful family situation, so it’s possible (and probable) that I’ll need to take breaks from writing even for weeks at a time. I will provide you with notice if this is the case. If this is a dealbreaker for you, I understand, but please don’t let this sway you. I am a dedicated partner, and I believe a good writer, and I am looking to make things work long term.

Who I Play
I love writing for Loki, and I love to play side characters. I will not double, however, as I find this splits the focus of the roleplay and weakens it as a result. My style has always been to delve deeply into one character at a time, and in this case, it’s Loki. I’ve been playing him for a solid five years now and I’ve done a lot of research and reading to try and make him as true to the character as possible. I’m happy to provide writing samples if desired.

Who I'm Looking For
I'm on the hunt for long-term roleplay partners who can write upwards or around 600-1000 words per post and can help brainstorm throughout the roleplay.

I'm happy to roleplay with individuals who are under 18, but that would mean no smut, if things come to that. I prefer not to have the roleplay focus on smut, as I've found they die off quickly afterwards, but we can discuss more boundaries with smut if things come to that.

I don’t like to have my plots focus around romance, either. If it happens organically then great, but I don’t like having that be the objective. My goal when I write is to create compelling plots and to explore the intricate and interesting relationships between characters.

In terms of characters I'm looking for, I'm open to anything! Other canon characters, rare pairs, OCs, crossovers, etc. My favorite relationships to explore are between Loki and Tony, Loki and Steve, Loki and Thor, and Loki and Jane, but I love exploring all kinds of interactions between all kinds of characters.

Currently, the plots I’m most interested in are anything to do with the Thor: Ragnarok trailers (I have quite a few ideas!) and messing with timelines (be that throwing one character into the past with their current knowledge of situations or time loops or changing the timelines of events). I also love pretty much anything AU. If you have any ideas, please bring them to me! I love hearing what other people want to create in this universe.
